Thema: zOOm Media Gallery 2.5b3

diese News fand ich auf der Zoom Seite:

Dear users,
I'm still a very busy man, but I managed to read forum-posts with bug reports and code solutions into a new beta: zOOm Media Gallery 2.5b3!
This version will be a LOT more stable, will come with an online API documentation and is as bugfree as I can possibly realise at this time.
I'm currently between jobs and when I'm settled again, I will pick up the development where I left off...

FURTHERMORE: I need a public, reasonably fast and easy to maintain CVS server for the zOOm project! I don't have the resources to set this up and I think it's incredibly important to have this for users who wish to join the projectteam or solved bugs and want to share their solution(s)!
Can anyone help me out here, please??

Vielleicht kann ja der Kollege "Zecke23" dem Mann irgendwie behilflich ein?

Da bin ich mal gespannt, ob das Ding so stable wird, der hat sich mit Sicherheit bei octane bedient mit den Fixes.

Eigentlich nicht schlecht, die Idee, mit dem Server.

Ist aber aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht möglich:

a) Sowas mach ich sicherlich nicht auf dem gleichen Server, auf dem auch produktive Seiten laufen

b) keine Zeit, mal fix nen neuen Server einzurichten

c) kostet das auch nicht unerheblich Geld, nochmal fix einen Server aufzubauen.

In einem Jahr können wir darüber gerne nochmal reden.

Du überschätzt meine Fähigkeiten .... Ich habe die Tipps ja (fast) alle aus dem Zoom Forum. Ich hab sie dann nur umgesetzt, getestet, die Files gesammelt und dann auf meiner Page bereitgestellt. Ich weiss aber aus einer anderen Quelle, dass seit mehreren Monaten eine stabile Zoom Version existieren soll und Mike de Boer die aus unerfindlichen Gründen noch nicht veröffentlicht hat. Na wir können gespannt sein.
