Thema: About joomla installation in Strato

Dear All,
my name is KAI
i can not understand PHP language or , but i want to install Joomla in my Strato website.
It shows a message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_a() in /mnt/web3/51/85/5627985/htdocs/athehof/installation/includes/application.php on line 194

i have read so many texts here, but i still have no idea , how to solve this problem.
I live in Düsseldorf, i want to pay 50,- Euro for learning about the Joomla program, Step by step.
i can drive to your place, or you can come to me.

i have install Joomla 1.013 in Strato , that is Ok.

But after i sign in in Administrator, the program ask me to sign in again and again, if i will change something.
could you tell me what is wrong?

you must make edit 3 files
1 x php.ini / root
1 x php.ini /administrator
1 x .htaccess / root
