Thema: Installationsproblem (Verbindung?!)

Hallo,
ich wollte mir eine Bildergallerie installieren, aber ich bekomme eine menge Fehlermeldungen:

JFTP::connect: Could not connect to host "127.0.0.1" on port 21.
JFTP::_putCmd: Not connected to the control port
JFTP::_mode: Bad response.
JFTP::_passive: Not connected to the control port
JFTP::store: Unable to use passive mode
WARNFS_ERR02

Bei mir zu Hause (XAMPP) hat alles wunderbar funktioniert...
Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?

EDIT: Ich habe jetzt in "Configuration" ein paar Einstellungen vorgenommen und jetzt kommt folgende Meldung:

Path not in open_basedir paths
Unable to create destination

Ich hab das gleiche - meine Vermtung sagt, dass es am aktivierten FTP bei der installation liegt.

Hab es folgendermaßen gelöst!
Hatte nichts mitm FTP on or off zu tun.
ich hab mir WinSCP geschnappt und die rechte aller joomla ordner aufm ftp auf 0777 gesetzt.
Danach hat er es installiert.
