Thema: Problem bei Installation 1.5.23 mit Zeitzone

Hallo,
habe gerade version 1.5.23 installiert.Habe die Installation nochmals wiederholt.
(Windows XP wurde auch neu aufgespielt...nur zur Info)
Bekomme unter localhost/joomla folgende Fehlermeldungen angezeigt:
