Thema: Installation auf einem Vserver

Hallo,
ich habe mir jetzt einen vserver gemietet und habe einige CMS systeme zum Testen aufgespielt. Läuft alles einwandfrei, von Joomla, über Redaxo, Contrexx,Contenido,Pragma MX,Postnuke, Drupal und Xoops. Der Server ist ensprechend konfiguriert, globals off etc. Jetzt möchte ich die Joomla Beta noch aufspielen, da bekomme ich allerdings nicht die Installation gestartet, sondern folgende Fehlermeldung:

JDatabase::getInstance: Could not connect to database
Could not connect to MySQL
Liegt das am Vserver, wenn ja, was müßte dort anders eingestellt werden als für Joomla 1.0.11 etc.?

Guten Morgen,

ich habe neben einigen 1.0.11 - Installationen auch die 1.5 Beta mehrfach auf einen V-Server installiert und keinerlei Probleme damit gehabt, ich denke nicht, das es daran liegt!
