Thema: php5 bei 1und1

Hallo liebe Forengemeinde,

nachdem ich jetzt lange Zeit problemlos mit Joomla zurechtgekommen bin, habe ich heute einmal wieder ein Anliegen mit der Bitte um Hilfe.

Ich wollte heute jevents auf thw-aue.de installieren und da wurde mir folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt:

Whoops, es sieht so aus, als ob du eine ungültige PHP version hast. JEvents benötigt PHP 5.0 oder neuer. PHP4 wird nicht länger von den Entwicklern unterstützt. Zudem wird PHP fast von jedem Webspace-Anbieter angeboten. Bitte kontaktiere deinen Provider um PHP5 auf deiner Webseite einzuschalten.

Okay ... da dachte ich mir, dass sollte nicht das Problem sein, dass sollte man ändern können. Also habe ich mich im Forum etwas kundig gemacht und habe die htaccess geändert, sodass die Datei jetzt so aussieht:

Eingefügt habe ich die Zeile "AddType x-mapp-php5 .php AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php" und dann habe ich die Datei neu hochgeladen. Leider hat es nicht funktioniert, denn die eingangs erwähnte Fehlermeldung kommt immer noch. Eine weitere Recherche im Internet hat auch nicht geholfen.

Hat jemand einen Tip für mich, wie ich das Problem lösen kann?

* Hast Du die htaccess auch umbenannt in .htaccess? Also mit Punkt vorne und ohne Punkt und Endung hinten.
* schreibe mal AddHandler... auf eine einzelen Zeile darunter

habe obiges auch versucht genau wie hier beschrieben. aber bei mir ändert sich lediglich die fehlermeldung jetzt in einen internal server error 500 mh

muss die .htaccess ins root verzeichnis?

es existiert nämlich eine .htaccess im ordner "log" aber die kann ich nicht verändern bei 1un1

Im log Verzeichnis die darfst du nicht ändern. Das ist ein geschütztes Verzeichnis, deswegen die .htaccess im log Ordner
