Thema: joomla in HTML?

Ausgegeben wird ja nur HTML ;-) ... brauchst aber natürlich trotzdem PHP auf dem Webserver - was ist eigentlich das Problem damit?

Deine 2. Frage: Global Configuration --> SEO --> SEF-Urls aktivieren, htaccess umbenennen ...

Sehr oft reicht es nicht, dass du die htaccess.txt in .htaccess umbenennst, sondern du musst noch was in der .htaccess ändern...
Diese änderungen sind je nach Webserver unterschiedlich.
Das erste, was ich ausprobieren würde ist in Zeile 51 die Option "Options FollowSymLinks" mit einem "#" davor deaktivieren. Diese Option ist oft schon in der PHP.ini für alle Account aktiviert.
Wenn das nicht reicht, als zweites in Zeile 63 der .htaccess die Funktion "# RewriteBase /" aktivieren, indem du das "#" löschst. bei dem "/" musst du den Ordner angeben, in dem du dein Joomla installierst hast. Wenn du dein Joomla direkt in das oberste Verzeichnis deines Webservers installierst hast, einfach "/" da lassen. Wenn du es in einen Ordner installierst hast, den Ordnernamen reinschreiben.
Bei mir sieht die .htaccess z. B. so aus:

Ob du jetzt "RewriteBase /" und "Options FollowSymLinks" aktivieren oder beide deaktivieren oder nur eines aktivieren und das andere deaktivieren musst, ist wieder je nach Webserver unterschiedlich. Einfach ausprobieren...

Hierzu musst du dann eine Komponente wie OpenSEF oder 404SEF verwenden.
Achte noch auf die Änderungen die du in der .htaccess vornehmen musst. Kommentiere die Zeilen für Standard SEF Section aus und verwende stattdessen unten die SEF für 3rd Party
