Thema: .htaccess, mod_rewrite und SEF

Hallo Foristen,

ich schlage mich seit einiger Zeit mit meinem Joomla rum.
Es ist eine 1.5.20, die bei alfahosting läuft.
Im Konfigurationsbereich von alfa habe ich die mod_rewrite auf on gesetzt, joomla wurde im SEO Bereich auf die drei "Ja"s gestellt und trotzdem erscheint bei mir regelmäßig ein 404 wenn ich die suchmaschinenfreundlichem URLs anklicke.

Gibt es noch andere Bereiche in denen man schauen muß? Mir gehen langsam die Lösungen aus :-(

Anbei meine .htaccess, eine htaccess.txt existiert nicht auf dem server.

Hallo !

als erstes solltest du auf die aktuelle Version 1.5.22 updaten.
Als Zweites schaust du dir dann mal die htaccess.txt aus dem Installationspaket an.
Im Gegensatz zu deiner .htaccess gibt es dort Zeilen , die nicht auskommentiert sind ( keine # am Anfang ! )
Dann sollte es auch mit dem SEO klappen.
