Hochschieben vom Content Bereich

Hey,
vorab ich kann irgendwie kein Bild machen, da meine Tastatur nur halbwegs funktioniert, aber müsste auch so von der Erklärung funktionieren.

Ich benutze dieses Template hier: http://www.joomlademo.de/index.php?o...&id=1&Itemid=2

Habe die Seite komplett neu strukturiert (Inhalte, Farben, Menüs usw.) ... vorallem der Content Bereich (wo die Inhalte drin stehen) hat mich in diesem Farbton extrem genervt. Jetzt habe ich den Bereich wo die Seiteninhalte drin sind in einem hellen grau und das mit roter Umrandung. Da ich aber den oberen Bereich nichtmehr nutze (wo Home -> News steht), sieht das oben etwas leer aus.
Kann man den Inhalt jetzt noch irgendwie hochziehen? ... im html Bereich habe ich cellpadding oder sowas gefunden, damit zersetze ich dann aber die ganze Seite.

Wäre nett, wenn jemand helfen kann.

entferne einfach den Navipfad...
index.php und da entfernste

Ich habe in meiner index.php nur <div id="media"><a href="http://www.mediamente.biz">MediaMente.biz</a></div> und wenn ich den rausnehme, wird der Content Bereich (Beitrag) nicht hochgeschoben.
