Unter SEF Standard läuft alles super (domain.de/artikel.html)PHP-Code:AddType x-mapp-php5 .php

Nun habe ich heute sh404 und ich bekomme nur noch: domain.de/index.php/artikel.html
Wie bekomme ich bloss dieses verdammte "index.php" weg?
Weiß nicht mehr weiter...
